  1. Looks like either the Eastbank, Southbank or Westbank. I was an apprentice on the Westbank. Master Capt Stewart, 1st Mate Bruce Carney.

    1. Me again, Mike. I joined the Westbank in Durban at the end of that voyage after she had been pulled off Juan de Nova. You must have left by then, or did we sail together after all? Alan Rawlinson. (P.S. The ship is the Southbank in 1960 – I was mate by then)
