A ‘ lightship’ M.V. Streambank….

Built by W Doxford in 1958, Streambank was one of a 21 ship order which took 7 years to complete. She served for 13 years and then had several owners before going to scrap after a total of 25 years afloat. The design was called – ” The Firbank class”. The name passed to a new vessel in 1977.
